Program/Service Description:
McCormick Home is a 72 bed community based residential facility licensed as a Class C facility by the State of Wisconsin. All rooms are private with private baths. Cost is $2,195/month which includes cable TV. Accepts Community Options Program (COP) and private funds for payment. This facility offers daily mass in the chapel, full time activity director, a smoking lounge, and activity room. Uses Red Cross and Medi Vans for transportation.
