Program/Service Description:
The Marshfield Clinic's Memory Disorder Clinic provides a comprehensive evaluation to determine if memory loss/Alzheimers Disease is present. The evaluation begins with a detailed history of the patient's current problems with memory and thinking, medical history, and family health history. This is followed by a comprehensive neurological examination. Laboratory testing, a neuropsychological evaluation, and a complete physical examination are also completed. Referrals are accepted from physicians, community agents, family members, or patients themselves.
