Program/Service Description:
Marla Vista is licensed as a Class C community based residential facility by the State of Wisconsin. This facility has 40 private suites with full baths. Cost is $2,750 to $3,904/month which includes 4 levels of care. Accepts Community Options Program (COP) and private funds for payment. Facility is wheelchair accessible. Each room has a microwave and refrigerator. Assistance with showers/baths and housekeeping are provided. There is a beauty shop on the premises. Smoking allowed in smoke house outside. Wireless pendant call system. Pets are welcomed. Free cable is available. Does not accept incontinent people. Will accept individuals with a physical disability.
