Program/Service Description:
Manor Care East offers both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. There are a total of 79 beds. The facility is certified for Medicare and Medicaid. Offers physical, speech and occupational therapies with a strong emphasis on rehabilitation. Daily activities, outings, religious services, beauty/barber shop, laundry, house cleaning, IV Therapy, wound treatment and dialysis are available. Short-term care, respite and hospice services are also available. Contracts with Unity Hospice, Aurora Visiting Nurse, Asera care, and Heartland Home Health to provide hospice care.
