Program/Service Description:
The Women's Recovery Home is owned by the Jackie Nitschke Center and is for women who are in recovery. An application is filled out first and there is no other screening process. The women who live at the home are responsible for the upkeep of the home, setting the rules, and determining who is appropriate for the home. There is a $100 move in fee plus $30/week for rent which is paid on Mondays. The $30 includes the utilities. The women are responsible for own cooking, shopping, laundry etc. Able to stay as long as needed. Most attend AA meetings. Rooms are shared. The home is located at 112 N Quincy. Can call the home directly to make living arrangements.
