Program/Service Description:
A home health care agency that provides medical and non medical services: RN, LPN, home health aides, respite care, companionship, assistance with bathing, chore services, homemaker assistance, physical, occupational, speech therapies. Cost is as follows: RN--$45/hour or $110 for a visit; LPN--$30/hour or $110 for a visit; home health aide--$22/hour or $64 for a visit; companion/homemaker--$16/hour; personal care worker--$22. Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, Community Options (COP), Community Integration Program (CIP) and private pay.
