Program/Service Description:
If you are currently receiving Housing Choice Voucher assistance or are eligible to receive it, you can now use your Housing Choice Voucher toward a mortgage payment for your own home. You must attend one of the monthly Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Information Seminar, complete Home Owner counseling with Neighborhood Works, get pre-approval for a mortgage from a lender, then contact Integrated Community Services when mortgage is ready.
