Program/Service Description:
A home health care agency that provides medical and non medical services. Provides services such as RN, home health aides, social worker, physical, speech, occupational therapies, personal care worker, and homemaker. Will do ventilator care in the home. Personal care worker can assist with transfers, bathing, light housekeeping, laundry, homemaker assistance, chore services, grocery shopping, rides to and from appointments, caring for nails and hair, respite care, and other services. Accepts Medicaid, private insurance, Community Options Program (COP), and private funds. RN--$68.25/visit; home health aide and personal care worker--$39.30/visit. There is a two hour minimum. Twenty-four hour services seven days per week available. There are also two other options available. One is Time Savers which offers private-duty home care which includes bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, medication monitoring, meal preparation and other custodial care needs. The second option is Need a Nurse. This service provides skilled care and includes blood draws, monitoring blood pressure, monitoring blood sugars, medication setup, dressing changes, wound care, catheter change, foot care and other skilled care needs. Both of these options are private pay only.
