Program/Service Description:
Hear Now provides hearing aides to those with a hearing loss, fit the financial guidelines, complete the application process and are approved for assistance. Hear Now is to be used as a last resort after insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran entitlements, and other benefits have been exhausted. You are responsible for finding a hearing health care professional in the area who is willing to work with Hear Now. There is a non-refundable processing fee. Out-of-pocket medical expenses such as doctors, dental, medication and optical are taken into consideration when determining financial eligibility. A copy of a current(within the past twelve months) hearing evaluation is required along with the application form and processing fee.
