Program/Service Description:
Transportation for people who are disabled and unable to use the regular fixed route bus system. An application must be filled out and a signature by a physician is required. A paratransit identification card is issued by Green Bay Metro. Medi-vans is the transportation provider and they must be contacted to make transportation arrangements.
