Program/Service Description:
The SSI Managed Care External Advocacy Project assists you with answers to questions regarding your Managed Care Organization (MCO), explain your rights and responsibilities as a member of an MCO, help you get the specialty care or medical equipment you need, and help you appeal decision if necessary.
