Program/Service Description:
Creekside Senior Living is an apartment lifestyle for people age 55 and older. The 60 unit complex features several floor plans from one bedroom to spacious two bedrooms with one or two baths. Rent range is $700 to $950. For those who qualify, twenty units are set aside for subsidized housing. Security deposit for all units is one month's rent. Areas are available for private entertaining of groups and families. Regularly scheduled activities, social events, movies, cards, and bingo frequent the calendar. Security includes locked entrances, emergency pull cords in all bedrooms and bathrooms with central monitoring, and on-site 24 hour emergency responders. Additional amenities present are fitness center, craft room, library, summer patio, and several conversation areas. Located close to bus routes, shopping, medical facilities, and churches. Application required.
