Program/Service Description:
Country Living is an eight bed Community Based Residential Facility licensed as a Class C facility by the State of Wisconsin. It is a housing complex for older adults. There are four semi-private rooms with a shared bathroom. This facility offers daily activities, rides to appointments, monitoring of medication, 24 hour awake staff, religious services and cable tv. Cost ranges from $1,900 to $3,187/month depending on level of care required. Accepts Community Options and private pay for payments. Will accept individuals with a developmental disability and a physical disability.
