Program/Service Description:
Clarity Care offers a full array of community based residential services for persons with a developmental disability or a traumatic brain injury. These settings and services include community based residential facilities, licensed adult family homes, non-licensed adult family homes, supported apartment settings, congregate housing services, family care provide program, supported home care, and daily living skills training.
