Program/Service Description:
Clarity Care provides day service support for persons with a developmental disability and other chronic conditions. Comprehensive training is provided through individual and group activities, which will enable individuals to achieve optimal functioning and maximal independence. A structured setting is provided as well as a supportive environment to participants who need to further develop their daily living skills. There is a large activity area, computer room, a lounge, a relaxation area, and a full kitchen. The center also has vehicles available to meet the transportation needs of the participants.
