Program/Service Description:
A survey team will conduct home security surveys at no cost or obligation. Interested city residents may call Crime Prevention to arrange for a time for the survey. The survey takes about one hour. The person requesting the survey need only show that they live at the address they are requesting surveyed and that they exercise control of that residence. The surveys are conducted to evaluate, anticipate, and apprise the possible security risk of your home and to formulate a plan of action to reduce those risks. The survey is only a recommendation. The report is confidential and left with the homeowner or renter. The survey is for city residents only.
