Program/Service Description:
Cerebral Palsy, Inc. provides services in Northeast Wisconsin to people of all ages, regardless of income or their reason for needing services. The agency strives to promote community involvement, inclusion and enhance the quality of life of all persons. CP, Inc. provides support, innovative, quality care and therapy to individuals and families who have been affected by temporary or permanent physical, sensory, and/or speech needs or conditions, regardless of what brought on the need for services. Services include physical, occupational and speech therapies for children and adults, service coordination, adult day services, supported employment, assistive technology, inclusive childcare, aquatic exercise, advocacy and information assistance. Staff is skilled in dealing with many conditions including but not limited to: Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Spina Bifida, Arthritis, Back Pain, Post Stroke, Post Surgical, Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, Amputees, Diabetes, Head Injury, Developmental Delays, Accident Recovery, and Sports Injury. Some services require a prescription or referral from a physician. Fees are dependent on the services needed; many services are billable to insurance, Medicare, and Medical Assistance (Medicaid).
