Program/Service Description:
Ennis House is a 16 bed community based residential facility that is licensed as a Class C facility by the State of Wisconsin. All rooms are private with a partial private bathroom that is wheelchair accessible. This facility offers daily activities, weekly communion, pull cords in the bathroom and room, 24 hour awake staff, certified nursing assistants, sunroom, community dining room, respite and hospice care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy provided at the facility, and in-house lab work. Will accept people with Alzheimer's Disease, dementia, developmental disability, physical disability, and brain injury. Cost varies depending on care needs. Accepts private funds and the Community Options Program (COP) as payment.
