Program/Service Description:
Cardinal Ridge Residential Care is licensed as a Class C facility by the State of Wisconsin. This community based residential facility has 26 beds and accepts private funds for payment. It is wheelchair accessible. There are 22 private rooms, 2 semi-private rooms. A deluxe room is $2,890/month, a standard room is $2,490/month and a semi-private room is $1,950/month. Additional care needs is $400/month extra and wanderguard is $75. Offers daily activities, out to eat, exercises, children's programs, weekly communion and uses Red Cross for rides to appointments. It is a smoke free environment. Will accept individuals who are frail elderly or have a developmental disability.
