Program/Service Description:
Brookview Meadows is an apartment complex for independent active people age 55 or older. Studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments are available with refrigerator and stove. Rent ranges from $1,225 to $1,765. There is a one time move-in fee and a motorized scooter/wheelchair fee. Included in the rent: in-house emergency response system, all utilities and basic cable channels, full private baths, laundry facilities in each apartment, daily checks, daily continental breakfast and your choice of 30 meals per month, housekeeping bi-monthly, and underground parking. Pets are allowed with a fee and some restrictions.
