Program/Service Description:
Badger Terrace offers an independent living situation with subsidized housing for older adults. There are 120 units, six of which are handicapped apartments and six of which are wheelchair accessible (roll-in shower). The outside door is secured and there are laundry facilities and a beauty shop on site. Must meet income limits: one person, very low income--$22, 600 and for low income--$36,200. Two person, very low income--$25,850 and for low income--$41, 350. Security deposit is one month's rent. Must be 62 or older or handicapped/disabled. It is a congregate meal site, serving meals at noon. Reservations are required one day in advance. There is an on-site service coordinator.
