Program/Service Description:
Evaluation services are provided for determining individual vocational objectives, assets, limitations, and behaviors in the context of a work environment in which the individual might be best suited. The evaluation is individually determined based on the person's disability, functional limitations, and goals. The evaluation consists of various psychometric tests work samples and agency or community based situational assessment. The evaluation includes a staffing to discuss results as well as a written report listing specific recommendations.
