Program/Service Description:
These classes are structured to help individuals become more pro-active in dealing with their arthritis or other rheumatic related conditions and teach them how to reduce its effect on their lives. A behavior modification component is also built into this program. The Arthritis Self-Help course has impressive outcome based results that improve an individual's quality of life through appropriate disease management.
