Program/Service Description:
Referrals to water and land exercise classes for people with arthritis that utilizes gentle exercises to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion and muscle strength. Participants are provided with an enjoyable, safe exercise program that improves self-esteem and well-being. Classes are taught by a trained and certified instructor and can be run on an on-going basis in a conference room, cafeteria or fitness center.
