Program/Service Description:
Anna's House is a 16 bed class C Community Based Residential Facility licensed by the State of Wisconsin. This CBRF is wheelchair accessible. It has 16 private rooms with private telephones. Daily activities are scheduled, rides offered to appointments, 24 hour awake staff, medication is supervised by the staff, cable tv hook up, and religious services are available. The cost of care varies depending on personal care needs. Accepts people with a physical disability.
