Program/Service Description:
This Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) offers 86 private apartments. These include studio, one or two bedroom apartments. Charges range from $2,900 to $3,725. The security deposit is $1,500 and is non refundable. Small pets are allowed with a $500 non-refundable deposit. Rent includes: three meals daily, medication monitoring, assist with bathing and grooming, weekly laundry and housekeeping services, heat, air conditioning, water/sewer, electricity and basic cable. Staff is available twenty-four hour per day, seven days per week. There is also an emergency response system for every resident. Offers respite care for $125/night which includes laundry, meals, housekeeping etc. There is a $250 non-refundable sign up fee for respite care. The RCAC is licensed by the State of Wisconsin. Accepts private pay only. Life enrichment programs, weekly outings, exercise programs, computer classes, and water exercises are offered.
