Program/Service Description:
Bellevue Retirement Community is an apartment complex for people age 55 or older. There are 89 apartments available. These include studio, one or two bedroom apartments with stove and refrigerator. Rent is a follows: Studio: $1,325; one bedroom: $1,650; two bedroom: $1,865. The non refundable move in fee is $1,500. Small pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit of $500. Rent includes: heat, water/sewer, electricity, basic cable, and a daily continental breakfast. A 20 meal program is available. There is also an emergency response system for every resident and care staff on site 24 hours. Life enrichment programs and weekly outings are also offered. Programs offered include: weekly exercise program overseen by Bellevue Total Health, NWTC Adult Senior Education teaches computer classes in the computer lab, NEW Curative Rehabilitation teaches water and land-based programs, and Maintain the Brain Exercise for the Mind overseen by a Nurse Practitioner. Tours are available at any time.
