Program/Service Description:
Provides information and assistance about Alzheimers Disease and related dementia to health professionals, patients and their families, and the public. The center can provide publications about Alzheimers Disease symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment, referrals to supportive services, resource lists on many topics such as caregiving and educating young family members, referrals to research facilities, and referrals to centers that specialize in research and patient diagnosis.
