Program/Service Description:
An Alzheimer caregiver support group designed to provide support to families, caregivers and professionals dealing with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementia. This Alzheimer support group is free and open to the public. This group is affiliated with the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Wisconsin. Meetings are held at the De Pere Community Center.
