Program/Service Description:
The program is a 6-week class designed to teach caregivers how to care for themselves while caring for another person. Topics that will be covered include: taking care of you, identifying and reducing personal stress, communicating feelings, needs and concerns, communicating in challenging situations, learning from our emotions and mastering caregiving decisions. The class is held at various locations in the spring and fall. Call for start and ending dates and for location.
