Program/Service Description:
An Alzheimer caregiver support group designed to provide support to families, caregivers and professionals dealing with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementia. This Alzheimer support group is free and open to the public. Literature, audio visuals and other resources are available. This group is affiliated with the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Wisconsin. Contact Ann Golueke for further information or to be added to the mailing list. Meetings are held at the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Brown County.
